What's Delta-9?
Delta-9 is the official name for THC, the most abundant, well-researched, and well-known cannabinoid. This is the stuff that gets you 'high'. It naturally occurs in all hemp and marijuana plants and has been consumed by humans for thousands of years!
What's hemp derived Delta-9?
Hemp derived Delta-9 is simply THC that's been extracted from hemp.
Legally, cannabis plants that contain 0.3% or less of Delta-9 THC are considered hemp, while cannabis plants that contain more than 0.3% of Delta-9 THC are considered marijuana.
Our Delta-9 is extracted from hemp through the same process as marijuana plants, it just takes a lot more material!
Are Delta-9 products legal?
Under the 2018 Farm Bill consumer products can legally contain Delta-9 THC in concentrations below 0.3%. Our micro-dosed Seltzers are legal to purchase, ship, and consume, because they are well below this limit.

How do infused beverages compare to traditional edibles?
Infused beverages, like our seltzers, are superior to traditional edibles in everyway.

Traditional edibles contain high doses of fat-based THC. These fats take up to an hour for your body to break down, creating inconsistent effects on top of unnecessary calories. We utilize a low dose of highly-absorptive, water-soluble THC instead. This formulation enables our 3mg seltzers to create a manageable, lively buzz in only 10-15min!

Will I fail a drug test?
Unlike CBD, the consumption of Delta-9 products will result in a positive drug test. Hemp derived deltas may be limited to a concentration of 0.3%, but even this dosage can be detected by a quality drug test. As a result we recommend refraining from any infused products if this is a concern.

We ship our micro-dosed seltzer to every state in the continuous US.
Why do deliveries require an Adult Signature?
Shipments to residential addresses require adult signature verification, because all of our products are intended for adult consumption. This means the person who signs for the package must verify that they are at least 21 years old.
Can I sell these in my shop?
